How do I clean my Yowy?

For best results, wash your Yowy with warm, soapy water and rinse thoroughly. It's not recommended to clean your Yowy in the dishwasher due to its size and insulation properties.

Does the Yowy come with warranty?

We offer a 30 day money back guarantee, if you don't like your yowy within 30 days we will buy it back off you!

Shipping

What Countries Do You Ship To?

We ship worldwide. All orders within Australia receive free shipping with the option to upgrade to express. International rates will vary depending on location and order quantity.

Current shipping times

Please allow 1-2 working days for warehouse processing time and 2-10 working days for delivery with standard shipping. Express post will be dispatched on the same day and 1-5 working days to arrive. Please note: During busy sales periods these times may vary.  

My parcel has not arrived

Keep calm and follow some simple steps and we’ll get you sorted out!

1. Check your tracking number and see where the order is. If that still has you panicking, give Australia Post a call on 13 76 78 or simply email our customer care mob at admin@yowy.com.au and we’ll get to the bottom of it ASAP.

What shipping service do you use?

After the parcels have left our warehouse it’s all in Australia Post’s hands. They do a great job keeping the Yowy community connected, although they do make some mistakes from time to time...

I'm getting an error message at checkout?

If an error is popping up at checkout make sure you’ve entered all your details correctly, normally it's just an issue with the suburb and postcode not lining up. If you are still at a crossroads, send our customer care mob an email at admin@yowy.com.au and they’ll have you sorted out ASAP!

Do you do international shipping?

Yes, we do offer international shipping, you will be able to change the country at checkout but make sure you enter all your details correctly because our team doesn’t like chasing parcels down in foreign countries as things get a bit difficult. How Long Will My Order Take?

We aim to pack all orders on the same day that you order. Sometimes we may be held up with certain things and it may take up to 3 days to pack your order.

All orders placed before midday will have same day dispatch.

What do I do if i have made a mistake on my order?

Ah bugger!
Don’t worry boss everyone makes mistakes from time to time. If you get on the phone ASAP to 0457572822 or flick an email through to the customer care mob to admin@yowy.com.au they’ll
get you back on the road. We can’t guarantee that it will be fixed because once it has left our warehouse we will then have to go through the refunds process,
so the sooner the better to get in touch with us.

What if my order arrives damaged?

MATE! We are so bloody sorry if your order is faulty or damaged! Please send an email to admin@yowy.com.au ASAP so we
can get this sorted out for you! We will cover the costs for all faulty and damaged products which may mean a replacement product will be issued. Just like yourself we are also human and do make mistakes from time to time, but we will go above and beyond to make sure you are happy!

How often do you dispatch orders?

We dispatch orders every single day (not on weekends). We do a parcel drop in the morning around smoko time, then another drop before knock off time. This ensures the quickest and fastest delivery time possible. If you have any questions whatsoever email the customer care mob at admin@yowy.com.au and we’ll sort you out!

How do I track my order?

You will receive an email straight after you have successfully placed the order, then another one once we have dispatched the order from the warehouse with a tracking number, then finally one from Aus Post keeping you up to date on what they’re up too. If you have any further questions flick our customer care mob an email at admin@yowy.com.au and we’ll go hunting for your precious parcel.

Can I add an item after ordering?

Yes, but make sure you get in quick and send us an email at admin@yowy.com.au with what you need otherwise we’ll send it off. If your too late you’ll just have to make another order.
